Discussion

The server have been move to the other router connection. We able to make it done where the SMTP service and web service is now working.

Outcome

Previous problem is solve. However, we face another problem now where the dynamic IP address does not really wokring fine on the server. So we decided to move it to a fix ip connection

1. Find a machine to be our first demo server.

2. Using all free and open source software to the server

3. Setup a Mail and web server using dynamic ip address

Outcome

Server is successfully being setup, however connection from the outside is being block.

Discussion

Each members show up on the presantation day and presented on own portion of the presentation. Sponsor is agree with our business idea, however they also point out there will be a big challenge for us as student to win such business in the market.

Anyway, we still continue with what we have plan and the sponsor is also believe in us to give us the capital fund.

Outcome

We able to win the sponsor to give us the funding. Next week, we will start our business

Event : Fine tune the proposal and presentation

After the first showing off the presentaion and proposal to supervisor, there are some changes need to be done according to the guide line given. We are give some times to fine tune everything in the proposal and presentation. Some of the issue that we include in the second edition are

Outcome

A final version of presentation and proposal is out. Be ready for the exact date to present our idea to the sponsor

Tasks are equally devided to members according to the role position. Each of us contribute of the business proposal. For presentation, information are taken from the proposal and then summary it into power point slide

Outcome

At the end of the week, a proposal and prensantation is done and ready to be shown to our supervisor.

Discussion

In this meeting, 4 of us brain storm for a potential business idea that suit and related to our project. After 4 days of discussion, we get an idea which is related to server services and a title is given to the project. We belief that this service will bring good opportunity in our business grow. Besides, we can apply the knowledge we gain through our course on real life experience. A company name also created for our group.
